Dirby founded Shane Properties in 2018. Prior to this venture, he has spent more than 10 years in the real estate sector . He started his real estate journey with a renowned international luxury brand, Damac Properties in Dubai. He then moved to Mumbai and worked with leading real estate developers like Lodha , Shapoorji Pallonji , JP Infra and Runwal Group, All through his career he  managed ultra luxury residences in South Mumbai dealing with elite clients. His greatest strength is integrity & Patience and has been successful in achieving long-term relationships and maintaining transparency in large transaction.
